The purpose of this information is to inform you as a customer of what personal data is collected on our website and how the personal data is used. Better Hockey collects personal information when you register to receive offers from us via e-mail and register sales orders in our stores, make purchases on or participate in prize giveaways organized by Better Hockey. We also collect information about your use of our web pages via cookies.
Better Hockey collects and processes the following information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. In some cases, information may also be collected from third parties, including in connection with quality assurance of personal data.

Personal data will be stored as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the personal data was originally collected. This means that collected personal data for marketing purposes is deleted if newsletter cancellation takes place, or if you withdraw your consent.

Personal information resulting from placed orders or agreements that you have entered into with Better Hockey will be deleted when the agreement has been completed and when all obligations related to the agreement have been fulfilled. Personal data processed by Better Hockey to fulfill legal obligations will be deleted as soon as the legal obligations have been fulfilled.

You have no obligation to provide Better Hockey personal information, but it may be a prerequisite for obtaining goods and services.
