What is included?

How hard a shot can it take?

It is rated for shots up to 55 mph. If you regularly shoot harder than that, choose a heavier goal instead. A frame rated to 55 mph will not survive a steady diet of hard slap shots, and we would rather you buy the right one.

Is it strong enough for an adult?

For wrist shots and ordinary recreational shooting, yes. For an adult taking full slap shots, no. The 55 mph rating is the line to judge by, not the age of the player.

What size is the goal?

Full size, so it matches the goal you shoot at during practice and games.

What is the netting made of?

5 mm netting with UV treatment, which is what lets it stay outside without going brittle in sunlight.

Can I leave it outside?
