Return policy?
 

Better Hockey want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return or exchange an order within 45 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued for any unused products in their original packaging.

All returns will be shipped back to Better Hockey's warehouse at customers expense. Please send an email to info@betterhockey.com requesting an RMA number before sending your items back. Please make sure to write the RMA number and original order number on the box or paperwork to process the return.

Shipping time?
 

Your order will process the same or next business day (processing time does not count as shipping days). The transit time for your order is usually 1-4 business days depending on where you live.

Please note the transit times time might be longer than normal during Black Friday and holiday season.

Gift wrapping?
 

Our deliveries don't require a signature. Most packages have Better Hockey logo and product info on them. Unfortunately we can’t do gift wrapping, or send the products in unmarked boxes. If you don’t want the recipients of the Christmas gift to see what you have ordered, please ship to a different address or ensure the child (or adult) won't see the package left at your door.
